Operating under legal concession in the St. Lucia section of the iSimangaliso Wetland Park, concessions are granted by local government , Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism Oceans and Coast and iSimangaliso Wetland Park Authority. Advantage Cruiser supports community upliftment and environmental conservation initiatives. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of this agreement requires mutual consent between Advantage Cruiser and the client/guest/lodge. A cancellation fee may apply as follows:

5% of the tariff – for all cancellations as an administration fee;
10% of the tariff – within two weeks prior to the departure/tour date;
20% of the tariff – within one week prior to the departure/tour date;
100% of the tariff – within 24 hours prior to the departure/tour date.
The client acknowledges and accepts these cancellation terms as reasonable and fair.
